We have a Remind account that you can sign up to receive text message reminders from Mr. Stearns and the band or color guard leaders. Messages are sent out often, so it’s a very useful tool. To sign up, text one of the following to 81010.

Color guard members and parents must also download the band app. The Color guard director will add participants as required.
Please be informed that the Remind and Band apps are for information distribution, and communication that is supportive of band and color guard efforts. Any communication on these apps that may not be supportive in nature should be sent privately to the band director, Mr. Sterns, color guard director, Michael, or band board email. Our students have access to these apps and are working very hard to do their best. All topics are always welcomed at board meetings. Any unsupportive communication on either app will be deleted and may cause that individual to be removed from the app.
There is also a quickbooks account for the band and color guard. It is a database that manages our financial and other program information. You can see your student’s info and keep up to date on what you have contributed, see a calendar, check on fundraising credits and more.Initial fair share, required field show performance apparel, booster membership, and spirit wear can be purchased on the booster website. If you do not pay your full fair share amount at registration you will be sent invoices in the preselected intervals you chose at sign up.

Zelle is our preferred online payment method. We will have a Zelle QR code available whenever we are accepting payments. Please indicate your students name and reason for payment. Eg. “Frank Mancini- fair share” Reach out with any questions on these items and any other information you need.
